Hye and hey to all the readers and blogger.Hm still in moody feeling because too many damn craps interupting my emotion this week.I don’t know what to say about this person.She owe me RM4K but then refuse to payback.WTF 3677(i am not writing vulgar words ok this is just car plate no…copying emmy idea..ahaha).Actually i don’t what want in this person mind.You owe me money but then after i said i have done the police report then he threatened me back by telling me that he knows the LAW!!!Come on la…it’s not me that owe you.I just help you then is this the way you treat me back.Suppose you should be guilty not threatening me back.Just simple you pay my money then i will pull back the report.Simple right!!!(i don’t know either you got problem with your mind or what…)

Another thing that distract me this morning…It is more to our attitude on the road..What da Hell(not cik hel or baby hel okey!!!) are you thinking off guys!!!You want to know why???Let me show you our drivers attitude…

Actually i can still can tolerate if he wants to overtake me but see no SIGNAL…I think maybe we should buy a national car because you know what still can use the signal light.Or maybe this driver don’t know how to use the signal light(go to metro driving academy la broooo!!!).You are so lucky because i don’t know how to use my honk!!!If not…

All the people on the road were in a hurry.If you want to get to your place early just wake up early lol..With the attitude like this you are making the traffic worst…(it is ok if this blog got traffic jam!!!Then i will buy you starbucks…).

p/s :

- Hopefully i will not be like these drivers.Stay calm and peace…

- Sometime i also forgot that my Gen2 signal light is at the left handsite(but at least i got intention to give signal…hehe)

- By the “pujuk rayu” of my wife i become normal and not mad anymore…you dont want to see me if i get mad!!!

Hm…hye reader and blogger.still got no idea to write but still want to update this blog.So after thinking and sitting down without doing anything i come out with one idea.I am not a psychology doctor or maybe illusion master(but my company name is Illussion Master).

Ok let me tell it straight to the point.What do i mean by this post title.Hm actually the important point is about how to make your visitor come again and also how to motivate your self to post entry by looking at your own blog.Simple…Why did i state this is psyco???Ok let me explain :

(Psyco 1)

1) TITLE

Before reader reach the content they will approach the title first.If the title is interesting then readers will click and read the content.If you don’t believe it just refer to Aus – Mari Mengenali C.I.P.A.P.This is what we can call psycho the reader.For example in Aus title the reader that like about porno sure will click this title(it’s not me ok!!!i just blogwalking…)

2) BLOG VISITOR COUNTER HIT
A big number of hits that mean the blog is popular.So reader will impress with the huge number of hits that’s mean they go to the popular blog.Ok for example if we search about Celebrity…Off course we will go to Beautifulnara (i am not fanning Nara OK!!!skit2je) compared to other blog(the rating is same as murai.com.my ma!!!) because the hits of visitor is high…This is also one way to psycho the reader.

3) COMMENTATOR WIDGET

Why did i state this widget is one way to psycho the readers.When a post got many comment that means the content or entry was very good.So when reader saw this widget got a lot of commentators the readers will assume that the post is HOT!!!

4) FOLLOWERS WIDGETS
Followers equal to readers or FANS.So before the readers read the contents they will see your follower.They will assume that if we got a lot of followers that mean our content is superb!!!(this is not applicable to blogger that read blog ok!!!only for silent readers).Now got another widget acting same like follower widget that is Facebook Fan page widget(I am not qualified because i am not Top Blogger…)

5) VISITORS STATS
Ok.This one actually act as our self psycho method.For me when i look at this stat i will feel happy because i can see the visitor stats from all around the world.And even it is crazy all the time (the stat is not working properly) but i still need it as a self motivation to blog.It is depends on the blogger it self.

Morning!!!What a lovely day…a kick start to my lovely mind and soul..Actually this psot is not gonna discuss about Nescafe Kick Start ok!!!It is just a word to let me wake up to start a new life in the new day.

What do you think about this posting title???Is it relevant or not(for me it is relevant to us rather than condemn other people blog right!!!sorry “otai”).As we know today there were many social network that exist and used by people such as Facebook(it’s on top right now…but beware!!!),Twitter(i am using it),Hi5,or even Myspace(suitable for maybe underage people..haha).Forum also one of the SN element.

With all these SN(Social Network) we can communicate with our friend,play games, do quiz(sometimes it is SUCKS), and also flirting(baby i am not the one who doing it…ahaha).Do you know that by using this SN ,blogger can promote their blog and earn something from it.For me i have tried this method and it helped a lot.Thats mean we can get traffic by using SN.WHY???

Now you can see the use of SN in blogging.Actually i seldom use my FB to communicated mostly it use it to tell everybody that my blog is updated!!Beside that i also use twitter to promote my blog.I like to use twitter compared to FB…WHY???It is a secret of marriage mannn!!!!So to summarize this entry i would like to say :

“Use SN wisely don’t make it ruin your entire life”

Did you believe that blogger can make money just by updating their blog(even updating a junk post???).I know many of you still didn’t believe it right.It is your problem not mine.I got a lot of friend that ask like this :

“Bean what did you blog for…it is just a waste of time…”

I hate this statement.Yes it is just a waste of time for a person who is mentally blocked!!!You haven’t try it then you just know to condemn.You only want to do if you see the result first.You’ll only believe if you see other people success!!!DEM it is not a good attitude bro.Then after you see the people success you come to them and say :

“Is this what you call friend.make money alone la bro…!!!”

Uncivilized statement from an idiot loser(hahah…sorry if i am rude but i hate that attitude!!!).Ok let me show you guys how blogger make money…Just ask the blogger la(haha just kidding).Ok if you see at my right side bar there one box call nuffnang!!!That is how blogger make money(or should i say lubuk!!!).What is NUFFNANG???

Nuffnang is an blog advertisements company that link the blogger and the advertiser.How does it work???Simple advertiser ask them to do ads and then they use our blog to publich the ads(now did you understand???).It is just a same concept as Google Adsense.Don’t know what is google adsense just search in your SE(search engine).

About Nuffnang…Let me show you what can we do with it…

For me the were 5 elements that really important and we should know in this dashboard :

1- Blog Analytics -> to show your visitors,keywords,visitor place,referrals and also nuff members

2 – Earning -> to check your earning,and also campaigns running in the blogs
3 – Add ads -> for the codes and ads placements
4 – Blog manager -> to add,remove or edit your blog
5 – Edit survey -> to put survey profile in order nuffie to place ads
6 – Nuff Status – your status in nuff…make sure it is Glitterati not Illuminati(just joking…haha)

Hm…If you want to know more just explore it…To Blogger that still did not have nuffnang ads.Just do this :

- Go to the Blog Manager -> add blog -> put blog detail -> submit the blog
- Go to Add ads -> Choose the code -> copy
- Go to your blog dashboard -> layout -> add gadgets -> paste the code -> save

With this easy steps now you can start earning from your blog.For me,I really watch out for all the events.You can look out for the event in :

(Just click home and you’ll see what’s happenning)

Now you can see that Nuffnang is not just about earn from ads but also earning something form the event.Just click my EVENT tab and you’ll see(i didn’t mean to show off OK!!!)…So now are you happy with my post???Is it clear enough to tell you that blogging makes money???

- I am also still learning how to make more money with it.just read the glitterati page and you’ll know what you can earn with nuffnang if you’re one of the nuffnangers…
- Enjoy the nuff and get the chance to go to movie screening..(So you’ll save your money to treat your girlfriend for a movie…ahaha)
- If blogger doesn’t make money how come PETRA can go to Australia(haha just joking)
- There are many other ways that show how blogger make money.just google it!!!

Hm…because yesterday i went to office so this is a good reason for me to be lazy today…(Boss please ignore this statement…just assume i will work hard today)…No idea for writing but after sending my wife to work today I’ve got an idea to write about this matter.

Have you been in this situation before :

“Thank You for calling (tut…)…Bean Moreno speaking.How can i assist you???”

“You idiot monkey,s***d,DEM,bulls**t,ulu kaingge!!!”

Ya!!!very sensitive i think.It will always happen in the call center.Do you think this kind of attitude relevant or should i say good attitude that we should follow.For me the words that i should say is RUDE!!!This is not because my wife work as a Customer Service Representative (i also was one of the CSR for the past 4 years…)

Why did i say this is RUDE!!!Just think that if you’re in their position what do you feel if people shouting at you and it is actually not your fault.Ask yourself is it worth it to shout and be RUDE to them!!!The answer is you SUCKS!!!Ok for your information all the CSR was train by the company just to make your reports.Do don’t know anything about what happen outside and they are also trained to settle your problem just by reading the method on the screen.They can’t do anything else for you due to your problem but only listen to your problem and make a report.They are paid to do that.!!!So you guys have to think wisely before talking to them because their task is to help you.So do respect them.

Can you imagine…There were some of them that preggy in the call center.What will happen to their emotion if you shout at them.What did you feel if something happen to their baby if effected.Preggy women need a neutral emotion to take care of their baby.What did you feel as a husband.!!!To make things clearer they are not the one that should be blame for all the problem it’s the COMPANY!!!Pity to them because they are trying to help us and they are the middle person that will help us to go through the management but we as a normal human didn’t respect them.

So guys i hope after you read this posting hope you can speak gently and respect them.Try to follow their orders because they have to do it(it’s procedures man!!!).If you can’t help them with their task they also can’t help you to settle the problem.So think wisely…

- still remember when the time i was in the call centre.I received a call from Tun Mahathir (not his PA ok!!!).He spoke in a proper manner.No shouting!!!and even he said just call him Encik Mahathir.that’s how a wiseman style…cool and relax!!!

Huh!!!Actually today i am not in a good mood.Internet DOWN,web& email hosting DOWN people don’t want to pay their debts(damn it!!! if RM5 its ok but the main problem is RM5K).But don’t want to be bothered by this negative things and I leave it to ALLAH.

So just to let go the stress that i am having right now i decided to write about what happned in “Astro Byond Blogger Night” last 2 days.Actually i was invited by Nuffnang to review about Astro Byond.I went there alone(ya lor i am not as famous as Kak Ina…so i didn’t have many followers..ahaha).So after arrived at the Rain enterence i registered my name but the problem was they put my real name(oowwwh no!!!kantoi sudah!!!):

During the event ASTRO give us a chance to feel the BYOND technology and it is WOW!!!unbelievable.Nice and clear view.Beside that,we were involved in the crime scene game.We have to find a murderer by using the clues that they pasted on the wall.And the result is :
